NEOFAB ROBOTICS
NEOFAB ROBOTICS approaches fabrication as a controlled manufacturing process: review the requirements, define the process, produce consistently, verify the result, and document what the project requires.
Quality Approach
We are building NEOFAB around repeatability, traceability, dimensional control, and clear communication. Our equipment and processes are selected to reduce manual variation and improve consistency from component processing through welding and assembly.
Project Review
Before production, we review the information provided for the job and clarify the requirements that affect manufacturing. Depending on scope, this may include drawings, revisions, material requirements, dimensions and tolerances, quantities, weld requirements, inspection criteria, documentation, marking, packaging, and delivery expectations.
Production Control
∙ Work is produced to the approved drawing, revision, purchase order, and agreed project requirements. ∙ CAD/CAM and digitally controlled processes are used where applicable to improve repeatability. ∙ Critical requirements are identified before production when specified by the customer. ∙ Changes or discrepancies requiring customer direction are clarified before affected work proceeds whenever practical.
Inspection & Verification
Inspection is based on the requirements of the project. Depending on scope, verification may include dimensional checks, visual weld inspection, fit-up verification, quantity checks, part identification, and review of specified acceptance criteria. Additional inspection or testing can be incorporated when defined in the quotation or purchase order.
Documentation Available by Project
∙ Material certifications / MTRs when specified and available.
∙ Drawing and revision control.
∙ Inspection or dimensional records when included in project scope.
∙ Welding documentation when specifically required and applicable.
∙ Part identification and traceability requirements when specified.
∙ Customer-specific quality documentation agreed before production.
Certifications
NEOFAB ROBOTICS is not currently representing itself as ISO 9001 certified. Our objective is to operate with disciplined quality practices while developing the systems required for the certifications our customers and target industries need. If your project requires ISO, ASME, AWS, code welding, specific WPS/PQR qualifications, NDE, third-party inspection, or another certification, tell us during the RFQ stage so we can determine whether and how the requirement can be supported.

Customer-Specific Requirements
We do not assume that every project needs the same level of documentation. Tell us what your quality package must contain at the beginning of the RFQ, and we will define the required controls and documentation in the scope before production.
