Engineering and Design Information
Any manufacturability, constructability, design-for-manufacturing, or process input provided by NEOFAB is intended to support fabrication and production unless a written agreement specifically states otherwise. Final design responsibility, engineering approval, code compliance, and suitability for the intended application remain with the responsible customer, owner, or engineer of record unless expressly included in NEOFAB’s written scope.
Certifications and Code Requirements
Certifications, code requirements, welding procedures, inspection levels, material traceability, testing, documentation, and acceptance criteria must be identified before quotation or order acceptance when they are required. No certification or code compliance should be assumed unless specifically confirmed in writing by NEOFAB.
Intellectual Property
NEOFAB retains ownership of its website content, branding, graphics, photographs, process descriptions, and original materials unless otherwise stated. Customer drawings, specifications, and proprietary project information remain subject to the customer’s applicable ownership rights and any written confidentiality agreement.
